Job Description:

Registered Nurse in a Charge position for the Emergency Department providing care in a high-volume, Level I Trauma and Stroke Center.

Responsibilities:

• Perform charge nurse duties in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Coordinate patient care activities and interdepartmental communication.
• Ensure compliance with all patient care standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center, 1-year experience in ER setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC within 90 days certifications.
• Proficiency in Cerner documentation system.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and provide real-time coaching.
