Job Description:

The RN will work in the Emergency Department providing care to patients in a high-volume setting. They are expected to demonstrate nursing excellence and maintain patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care according to unit-specific procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with techs and other medical staff for cardiac monitoring and patient processing.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED.
• At least 1 year of ER experience and certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS.
• Teamwork mentality and ability to coach and give feedback in real time.
