Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room, responsible for providing care and support to patients with a range of medical issues including trauma, cardiac, and stroke. The nurse will work closely with a dedicated team in a busy ER environment to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients with a variety of medical needs such as psych, trauma, and cardiac issues.
• Maintain RN to patient ratios in line with facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with available support staff including CNAs/ER techs and receptionists.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a level 3 trauma or higher, not considering first-time travelers for this position.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI, TNCC.
• Skills such as RSI, conscious sedations, and general ER needs.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
