Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for a position in the Emergency Department, responsible for providing swift and efficient care, adhering to protocols, and maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4.

Responsibilities:

• Perform NIHSS assessments and interventions quickly and accurately.
• Manage common emergency procedures such as IV starts, EKGs, trauma, cardiac, and stroke management.

Requirements:

• NIHSS certification and experience working in an ER setting.
• Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Ability to self-schedule with mandatory four weekend shifts per month, two of which must be consecutive.
