Job Description:

The RN will work in the Emergency Room within a trauma level 1 setting, providing acute care to a diverse patient population. The role involves floating between various ER facilities and managing a variety of cases including trauma and critical care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Float between multiple emergency room facilities as needed.
• Participate in SIMs Lab to ensure competency in nursing skills such as Foley catheter insertion.

Requirements:

• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in trauma level 1.
• Ability to pass a day 1 pass/fail exam based on the provided study guide.
