Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy unit, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Assisting with various endoscopic procedures, including EGD, ERCP, colonoscopies, and bronchoscopies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhering to all safety and health regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Endoscopy experience is essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the Meditech EMR system.

Required Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• ACLS Certification

Work Schedule

Schedule includes:

• Typical Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
• On-Call: Approximately 1 night per week, excluding weekends

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided, or you may wear your own scrubs. There are no specific color assignments.
