Job Description:

Registered Nurse in Endoscopy, responsible for providing patient care in the Endoscopy Laboratory at Wesley Medical Center. The role involves working with a team of 6-7 RNs and 2 techs per day, performing various endoscopic procedures using Olympus endoscopes and Meditech EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Intraoperative team roles with patient care.
• Pre and post-operative care at a ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients.
• Management and disinfection of Olympus endoscopes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care Endo RN experience.
• BLS certification.
• Familiarity with Olympus scopes and reprocessing is preferred.
• PACU and ACLS experience is preferred.
