Job Description:

The RN position in the CVOR unit involves providing exceptional care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role requires managing patient care with a focus on preoperative and critical care experience.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform large-bore IV starts
• Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement
• Conduct skin assessments and perform chin to toe hair removal
• Transport patients to the operating room and assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep

Requirements:

• BCMA and advanced ACLS skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Good critical thinking and excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent interdepartmental communication
