R- TRAVEL – RN CVOR (703)

Job Description:

The role involves scrubbing in cardiac cases requiring bypass, related procedures in the mediastinum, and thoracic surgery cases including da Vinci assisted surgeries, open thoracotomy, VATS, procedures initiating ECMO, and pericardial window.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases and related procedures.
Ability to take call when assigned; unit hours of operation are 06:30 to 15:00, with call starting at 15:00. Weekend call is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when assigned.

Requirements:

Must have BLS certification.
Experience with a variety of cardiac procedures including CABG, valve replacements, aortic dissections repair, TAVR, and thoracic surgeries.
