RN Clinical Informatics Coordinator

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing decision support and coordinating ongoing information system evaluations. The RN Clinical Informatics Coordinator will focus on user accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability to facilitate decision-making and improve outcomes.

General Duties

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate ongoing evaluations of information systems.
• Provide application testing for system enhancements.
• Participate in post-implementation change evaluation and develop action plans.
• Support users in maintaining updated workflows and technological processes.
• Coordinate with IT on system downtimes.
• Collaborate with the education team to develop and enhance training materials related to EMR and clinical application changes.
• Implement communication and education plans alongside clinical educators and management.
• Deliver training and support for clinical application systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Current nursing license.

Schedule

• Full-time position with rotating remote call.
• Weekend requirement: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule period.
• Holiday requirement: as needed.
