Case Manager (RN)

Position Overview

This is a travel position for a Registered Nurse Case Manager. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong management skills and provide exceptional care to patients.

Schedule

Full-time position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Every other weekend is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute (hospital) Case Management experience.
• Proficient in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.

Located in the Tri-County area, the facility is a 309-bed, top-performing quality hospital offering advanced medical services including open heart surgery, a Primary Stroke Center, and a Chest Pain Center.

The facility also specializes in critical care for cardiovascular and trauma patients and provides comprehensive emergency services.
