Job Description:
Registered Nurse needed for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Float Pool. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients in a critical care setting while floating across various units as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Titration of Vesicant Meds
- Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, and Paralytics
- Experience with Vents and Trachs
- Telemetry interpretation
- Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation
- Transvenous pacing and Cardioversion
- Assisting with TEE and familiarity with chest tube insertions and maintenance
Requirements:
- ICU experience required
- Titration of Vesicant Meds
- Familiarity with Pressors
- Sedation and Paralytics
- Experience with Vents and Trachs
- Telemetry interpretation
- Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation
