Job Description:

Experienced ICU RNs needed for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, requiring device-trained nurses competent with IABP, Nxstage, Impella, and ECMO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU.
• Monitor and operate complex cardiovascular devices.
• Implement advanced hemodynamic and ventilator management strategies.

Requirements:

• 2 years or more ICU experience.
• Must have skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and critical thinking.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Active TX RN License required; temporary licenses are not accepted.
• Preferred exposure to IABP, CRRT, and Meditech charting.
