Job Description:

The RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab will perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, assist with TAVR and Mitraclip procedures, and manage high acuity patients in a STEMI tertiary referral center. The position requires participation in call coverage and adherence to specific documentation and procedural protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Assist with TAVR and Mitraclip procedures.
• Manage high acuity cases including chest pain and STEMI patients.
• Complete documentation using Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations one night per week and up to every other weekend.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Minimum of two supervisory references within the last three years.
• Completion of the DYS exam within 24-48 hours of contract signing.
• Experience in cardiac catheterization lab preferred.
• Compliance with submission requirements including government ID verification.
