Job Description:

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide services across a large territory, covering all 11 counties in the Elizabethtown and Bardstown areas, and require travel. The role involves treating patients within the home health setting with a typical daily caseload of 6 patients.

Responsibilities:

• Treat and manage patients with conditions such as CVA/Aphasia.
• Travel extensively across a wide territory to provide home health services.

Requirements:

• Active KY License in Speech-Language Pathology upon submission.
• 1 year of clinical experience in a similar setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA.
• Home health experience is a must.
