Job Description:

Seeking a licensed SLP to cover a large home health territory across two office locations, providing speech-language pathology services primarily for CVA/Aphasia patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Treat an average of 6 patients per day.
  • Provide services across 11 counties, requiring extensive travel.

Requirements:

  • KY license in hand at submission
  • 1 year clinical home health experience
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA
