Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services focusing on cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neuro, and med-surg patients in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Offer therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
- Utilize the Cerner EMR system for charting and documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the specialty of Physical Therapy.
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
- Licensed in California.
- Current BLS Certification.
- COVID Vaccine Required.
