Job Description:

Provide physical therapy services to patients in the acute rehab unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the Expanse system.
• Potential to float to med surge if census is lower on IPR.
• Participate in patient experience initiatives such as customer service and rounding.

Requirements:

• BLS certification is required.
• NH license required within the scope of practice.
• Inpatient care experience is necessary; open to training/mentorship.
