Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves evaluating patients’ functional abilities and limitations while implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the patient’s physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Document patient progress following professional practice guidelines established by regulatory agencies.
• Communicate important patient information to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Adapt to changing assignments related to caseloads, scheduling, and staffing.
• Demonstrate effective supervision and delegation of personnel to deliver safe, quality patient care.
• Participate in department operational activities and required meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Shift and Schedule

This position requires availability for full-time hours, with options for 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts during the day. Weekend and holiday work may be required as needed.
