Shift: 8hr Days; 0800 + 2 weekend shifts a month, First to Float

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

Mainly working in a skilled nursing facility with the ability to float to an inpatient acute care hospital. Candidates will treat 8-9 post-acute patients per day with common diagnoses including total joint replacements, stroke, deconditioning, pneumonia, and balance difficulties. Work involves geriatric patients with chronic conditions, ortho, and neuro patients.

Responsibilities:

Able to work independently and perform transfers
Work closely with the Interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

CA PT license
AHA BLS certification
Excellent communication skills
Two supervisory references from the modality submitting to (one within 12 months and one within three years)
Copy of the driver’s license needed to validate legal name
Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
