Job Description:
Physical Therapist position in a home health setting, covering a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Responsible for treating a variety of patients, including post-surgery and fall recovery cases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to home health and hospice patients.
- Manage a caseload of 5-7 patients per day.
- Document patient outcomes in the EMR system, HomeCare/HomeBase.
Requirements:
- BLS certification and ND Physical Therapy License.
- Current Driver’s License & Auto Insurance.
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience, specifically in home health.
