TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPY – COST CENTER (762) / 800AM – 5:00PM – 40 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Evaluations
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Transfers
  • Family/Patient Education
  • Gait
  • Therapeutic Exercise (Therex)
  • Functional Training

Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • SNF experience accepted
