Job Description:

Home-based outpatient and inpatient physical therapy primarily focused on rehabilitation with a distribution of 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients primarily in an outpatient setting.
• Assess and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience with pelvic health, pediatrics, or neuro patients.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with a diverse patient group.
