Job Description:

Travel Physical Therapy position at Gainesville Rehab Unit working day shifts, providing patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family/patient education, gait, therex, and functional training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations
• Assist with ADLs and transfers
• Provide family and patient education
• Facilitate gait training and therapeutic exercises
• Engage in functional training

Requirements:

• BLS certification
• SNF experience preferred
