Job Description:

Therapy staff provide occupational therapy services throughout the facility, which features a 28-bed IRF and a 383-bed acute care hospital. The role involves treating patients in both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Conduct team conferences and family training sessions.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment in patient care.

Requirements:

• Weekend flexibility and willingness to work on the IRF unit.
• Critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
• Active OT license and active BLS certification.
• Hospital/IRF experience is highly preferred.
• Stroke/neuro experience preferred.
