Shift Information

• Evening: M-F, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with weekend call every 6 weeks and 1-2 holidays per year as a 24-hour call shift
• Day/Evening: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with at least 1 evening shift call per week (4:30 PM to 11:00 PM) and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks, plus 1-2 holidays per year
• Day: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, four days a week with one rotating compensation day

Responsibilities

• Serve as a content expert in radiographic equipment, with advanced knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting
• Demonstrate expertise in radiology-supported computer and software systems
• Support and assist in the clinical training of staff and students
• Assist in and demonstrate complex knowledge and proficiency in the use of procedural radiographic equipment, including:
  • Various onsite C-Arms
  • Neuro, Trauma, Ortho, General, Urology, and Vascular Procedures
  • Portable X-Ray Machines
  • Intra-op, PACU, and HVIS use
  • Vascular Hybrid Room
• Operate and troubleshoot various equipment and systems, including:
  • Contrast power injector
  • Different contrast mediums
  • Procedural competence in performing Endografts, Angiography, Cardiac, and Trauma Applications
  • Spine and Pelvic Stealth Navigation Console
  • Setup and integration with the O-Arm, recognizing all navigation instrumentation and their functions

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a staff technologist
• Completion of a two-year program in Radiology Technology

Special Requirements

• ARRT registered
• Delaware State License
