X-Ray Technologist (XRT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with orthopedic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiological practices and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with orthopedic staff to determine imaging needs based on patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Provide excellent patient care and support throughout the imaging process.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with shifts typically running from 9 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM. Candidates should be prepared for rotating weekend shifts, working every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with one weekday off in those weeks to maintain the 40-hour work week.

Contract Length

The initial contract is for 16 weeks, with the possibility of extension through February 2027.

Weekend Requirements

Candidates should be available to work up to every other weekend, with specific days off during the week scheduled accordingly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with preference for orthopedic experience spanning 4+ years.
• Current certifications required: ARRT (R), IEMA, BLS, and Epic.
• New graduates are not eligible for this position.
