Job Description:

The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for treating approximately 45-55 patients per day using two linear accelerators. The position involves working alongside two radiation therapists per machine, and involves using advanced technology such as TrueBeam linear accelerators, GE CT Sim, Elekta HDR with ARIA as the documentation system.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients on two linear accelerators following specific protocols and ensuring accurate application.
• Collaborate with a diverse team including RNs, therapists, dosimetrists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Ensure high patient experience scores, maintaining quality treatment standards.

Requirements:

• TrueBeam experience (at least 3 years)
• Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) for surface guidance
• Proficiency with the ARIA documentation system
• Certification: AART
• Advanced skills needed: DIBH, VMAT, SBRT, Surface Guidance
