PET/CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified PET/CT Technologist to join our team in the city, state area. This position involves performing imaging procedures and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct PET/CT imaging procedures following established protocols.
• Utilize Rb-82 for cardiac imaging and provide training to staff as needed.
• Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate imaging results.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system (MedHost).
• Manage an average of 5-8 patients per day.

Qualifications

• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• TMB licensure.
• Experience with PET cardiac imaging preferred.

Work Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call required. Please note that holiday requests will not be accommodated during peak periods.

Attire

Scrubs in any solid color are acceptable for this role.
