Job Description:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures using GE and Phillips equipment. This role requires the starting of IVs and working within EPIC and McKesson PACS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures.
• Start IVs and ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Work with radiologists and ARNPs for cardiology studies.
• Utilize EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS for charting and imaging.

Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification.
• Must hold WA License and ARRT-N or NMTCB certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
• Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) Verification and Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist – ARRT (N) Verification.
