Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Description:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures and ensuring patient safety and care. The position does not require a state license for Nuclear Medicine and involves no on-call duties, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and maintain records.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements:

BLS certification required.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate required.
Driver’s license required at submittal.
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care.
DOT Certification preferred at original contract, required at extension within 90 days.
