Job Description:

As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will work collaboratively with the Cath Lab team to assist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional coronary, peripheral, and neurovascular procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in procedures with a team of two technologists, with responsibilities including scrubbing and monitoring hemodynamics.
• Participate in rotating call for inpatient and emergent cases, requiring one weeknight per week.
• Handle weekend call every month from Friday evening through Monday morning.
• Support the RN with conscious sedation and manage emergent situations.

Requirements:

• Current certification: ARRT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy.
• Current experience in a cath lab setting including proficiency in procedural processes and cardiac drips.
• Familiarity with airway management and operation of equipment such as balloon pumps.
• Must be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation.
