MRI Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing outpatient MRI procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and image quality.

Shift Details

• 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours
• Weekend shifts may be scheduled as needed
• Holiday coverage may be required when the clinic is open
• Floating between inpatient and outpatient settings may be necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to referring providers’ orders, exercising independent judgment and adhering to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding the MRI procedure and provide support throughout the process.
• Produce high-quality MRI images and ensure accurate documentation is maintained for timely interpretation.
• Demonstrate competence in prescribing invasive or interventional procedures as applicable.
• Foster teamwork and professional conduct in all interactions, ensuring efficient resource use and quality patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in MRI technology.
• Certification from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
