Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing MRI scans for patients to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Unit Information

• Number of Staff: 9
• Type of Equipment: GE MRI Systems
• EMR System: Cerner

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI exams, including both contrast and non-contrast studies.
• Ensure patient safety throughout the MRI procedure.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Position patients correctly for optimal images.
• Provide clear instructions and support for patients during procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be MRI registered.
• Preferred: Experience with breast MRI exams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI technology.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility with shift scheduling, including rotating weekends.

Dress Code

Black scrubs are required for this position.
