Job Title: IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology)

Shift: 10 Hour Days, 07:00:00-17:00:00; 4x10s, Every Other Weekend (EOW), first to float

Job Description:

The IR Technologist will work within the Interventional Radiology unit, performing an average of 2-4 cases per day utilizing equipment such as the GE Innova and MedRad Injector. Cerner is used for the electronic medical record system, and staff are expected to wear teal scrubs. Call rotations include weekends from Friday 4 pm through Monday 7:30 am, as well as holiday coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of interventional radiology procedures such as Dialysis Catheters, IVC placement, TIPPS, and support for CT Biopsies.
• Coordinate with the radiology management team including Director, Manager, Coordinator, and Lead.

Requirements:

• ARRT (R), BLS Certification, Fluoro
• ARRT (RT)(R) preferred (VI)
