Electrophysiology Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the electrophysiology lab operations and requires specialized experience in electrophysiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with various electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, extractions, temporary pacemaker (TPM) placements, lead revisions, and cardioversions.
• Utilize Phillips equipment to support procedural activities.
• Document patient information accurately using the Maclab and Meditech systems.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to surgical scrub dress code.

Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the potential for on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electrophysiology lab setting.
• Current certifications as a Registered Nurse (RN) and in ACLS/BLS.

Additional Information

This position is located in the electrophysiology lab within the main building of a facility in Kansas City, MO. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of patient care standards and strive to enhance patient experience throughout the procedure.
