Unit Information

Join our team at a well-equipped electrophysiology lab located in Austin, TX. The unit features:

• Number of Beds: 6 EP Labs
• Staff Members: 28
• Day Shift Staff: 18 Lab Staff, 1 Charge Nurse, 3 Patient Care Technicians
• Patient Ratios: To be determined
• Type of Equipment: Electrophysiology mapping systems including Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and associated technology
• Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech
• Permanent Positions Available: Yes

General Information

This role is a day shift position running from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no call or weekend requirements.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Must Have: A minimum of 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience
• Preferred: More than 1 year of scrub experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology lab

Typical Procedures

The unit performs a variety of critical procedures, including:

• Ablations
• Device Implants
• Device Extractions
• Structural Heart Procedures
