Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of technical procedures to provide quality patient care.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and operation of technical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certification and training in the area of specialty.

Working Conditions

The Technologist position typically involves working a schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the required dress code. Scrub colors are defined according to departmental guidelines:

• RN – Navy Blue
• Clinical Support – Caribbean Blue
• Radiology – Black
• Lab – Khaki
• RT – Grey
• Surgical Staff – Ciel Blue
