Position Overview

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing CT scans and related imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Maintain equipment in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid ARRT certification in CT.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CT Technologist role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of imaging technology and safety standards.

Shift Information

This position operates during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Parking Information

Day shift employees can utilize parking garages, while night shift employees are advised to park across the street or in the parking garage.

Scrub Colors

Employees are required to wear navy blue scrubs while on duty.
