CT Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) procedures and ensuring high-quality imaging while providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per physician orders and protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate necessary imaging equipment.
• Review images for quality and completeness before they are sent to the radiologist.
• Maintain accurate patient records and a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings or potential issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to minimize radiation exposure.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Active certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT.
• Minimum of one year of experience in computed tomography.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Schedule

This position is scheduled for a regular rotating shift, with hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday through Sunday.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be part of a collaborative team that values patient-centered care and continuous improvement. The facility has a bed capacity of 422 and operates multiple locations within the region.

Parking Information

Parking is available in the parking garage for day shifts (3rd floor and above) and across the street at Oak Field Medical Plaza for night shifts.
