CT Technologist

Position Overview

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) scans and assisting in the diagnosis of patients. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail to ensure the quality of imaging results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Document patient information and scan results accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and imaging techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current certification in CT technology and appropriate state licensure.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, patient care, and imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Schedule

This position will require working the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
