CT Technologist

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing procedures by following and verifying providers’ orders. This role requires independent judgment and the application of learned methodologies according to established policies and procedures.

General Duties

• Educate patients and their families regarding the procedures and treatments performed.
• Demonstrate professional behavior in all interactions, fostering teamwork and efficient use of resources to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Produce high-quality images and present them along with pertinent patient information for timely interpretation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to procedures and patient information.
• Demonstrate competence in performing prescribed invasive or interventional procedures in accordance with established policies, as applicable.

Schedule and Requirements

• Full-time position with options for 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, primarily days.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed, as part of the ongoing schedule.
• Potential for floating between inpatient and outpatient settings.
