Job Description:

The Radiology Cath Lab Tech is responsible for supporting the Cardiac Cath Lab by performing various interventional radiographic procedures. The role requires the use of Phillips and Siemens equipment and operation within a team structure alongside skilled nurses and techs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional procedures including EPS, PVI, PPM, LT and RT HC, PCI, IR, and vascular procedures.
• Operate and manage Phillips and Siemens radiographic equipment.
• Maintain accurate records using EMR systems, including MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse.
• Participate in on-call duties, at least 10 shifts per month.

Requirements:

• ARRT, RCIS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Interventional experience is mandatory.
• Experience with EP and IR is preferred.
• Ability to educate less experienced staff is beneficial.
