Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at various locations within the region. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be preferred.

Work Environment

Positions are available across multiple locations, offering flexible shift options. Our facilities are equipped with modern technology and resources to support staff and enhance patient care.

Scrub Color

RNs are required to wear Navy Blue scrubs during their shifts.

Parking Information

Parking arrangements differ by shift:
Day Shift: Park in either parking garage (3rd floor & up)
Night Shift: Available across the street on Oak Field Medical Plaza or in the parking garage.
