Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner in the GI Lab is responsible for providing advanced nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal conditions under the guidelines established by the Missouri State Board of Nursing for independent practice in the state.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care in the GI Lab.
- Independently diagnose and manage patients with gastrointestinal diseases.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in GI.
- BLS, Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Graduation and certification for Nurse Practitioner program with active certification.
- Certification in specialty as approved by the Missouri State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice may be required.
