Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

An experienced, Minnesota licensed LPN is needed to support a healthcare team through January 1, 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and participate in a variety of clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient intake and assessment
• Administering vaccines as required
• Providing care to multiple patients, including potential telemedicine support
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license
• EPIC training preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
