Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patients, and educate them about their health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health status and respond appropriately to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
