Job Description:
An experienced Licensed Practical Nurse is needed for an outpatient behavioral health setting, handling patient care for individuals with various psychiatric conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Administering injections, particularly long-acting anti-psychotics
- Conducting phlebotomy
- Coordinating prescription refills
- Managing prior authorizations
- Utilizing EPIC for electronic medical records
- Communicating via phone and rooming patients
- Performing medication reconciliation
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in any psychiatric setting
- BLS and WA state or compact LPN license, plus CPI or MOAB certification
- Proficiency in EPIC (Hyperspace) Ambulatory EMR
