Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Behavioral Health

City/State: Puyallup, Washington

Shift: 8H Days, Monday – Thursday, 08:00:00 – 14:30:00

Responsibilities:

  • Administer long-acting antipsychotic injections
  • Perform phlebotomy tasks
  • Coordinate prescription refills
  • Handle prior authorizations
  • Room patients and conduct medication reconciliations

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in any psychiatric setting
  • BLS and WA state or compact LPN license
  • CPI or MOAB certification
  • Proficiency in EPIC (any version)
  • Skilled in using Outlook and phone communication
