Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for providing basic nursing care in a long-term care facility, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in South Dakota.
• Prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred.
