Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a Med/Tele environment.

Location

The position is based in the A7W unit, located in a city in the United States.

Shift

The required shift for this role is from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Experience Required

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care and progress in medical records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
