Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves providing essential nursing care to residents while ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• IV certification is required; please specify if you possess this qualification.
• Must adhere to hygiene standards, including keeping fingernails clean and short; artificial nails (including gel or shellac) are not permitted for positions involving resident care or food handling.
• Flu shot is mandatory as a part of health safety requirements.
